A gentleman named Richard Fields was tragically killed on Wednesday morning while riding his scooter in Burlington, North Carolina. The crash happened as Mr. Fields was traveling north on Beaumont Avenue. According to the limited information available, a car traveling in the opposite direction was attempting to turn left onto North Church Street and the collision resulted.
