James Junior Johnson Killed in Charlotte NC Motorcycle Accident
A gentleman named James Junior Johnson was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle along Wendover Road in Charlotte NC on Saturday morning when a woman pulled in front of his path. Tragically, Mr. Johnson did not survive the accident which happened at the intersection of Wendover Road and Providence Road.
According to reports, the woman was driving a BMW X5 sport utility vehicle which struck the motorcyclist with its front grill. At least one other vehicle was ultimately involved in the accident but it appears that the woman driving the BMW was solely at fault based on the information available. Mr. Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene. The woman driving the BMW was charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle.
