A tragic accident in western North Carolina has claimed the lives of two gentlemen who were riding their motorcycles this past Saturday.

The accident happened on U.S. Highway 129 about eight miles north of Robbinsville, North Carolina just before noon.  The motorcyclists, Grover Jones and Andy Jones, were hit by a Honda S-2000 sports car driven by a woman from Atlanta.  Apparently, the sports car drove left of center and struck both motorcyclists.  The driver has been charged in the accident.  The gentlemen riding the motorcycles were brothers from Bristol, Tennessee.
