This accident highlights a continuing problem facing motorcyclists on the roadways of North Carolina.  Drivers turning left across the path of motorcyclists is, in our experience, the most common cause of serious motorcycle accidents.  Our firm represents several motorcyclists injured or killed in similar accidents.  In these accidents, the question of whether the other driver was distracted at the time of the accident and these issues must be explored in order to fully understand the claim for the motorcyclist.  If you or a family member have questions about a NC motorcycle accident, contact the lawyers at Hendren & Malone for a free consultation.
