ABERDEEN, NC (April 7, 2020) – Aberdeen NC Serious Motorcycle Wreck
A motorcyclist was seriously injured on Monday evening in a crash near Aberdeen, North Carolina. The wreck happened at around 6:00 p.m. at the intersection of Roseland Road and Kennedy Circle.
Information indicates that the biker was traveling on Roseland Road when there was a collision with a Cadillac at the intersection with Kennedy Circle.
The biker was transported by medivac helicopter due to the severity of his injuries.
The North Carolina State Highway Patrol is still investigating the accident and there is no indication as to what caused the crash. As we learn more information, we will update this post.

BENSON, NC (March 30, 2020) – Harry Denton Killed in Benson NC Motorcycle Wreck
A gentleman named Harry Denton was tragically killed on Saturday while riding his motorcycle near Benson, North Carolina. The wreck happened at the intersection of North Carolina Highway 27 and Red Hill Church Road at around 3:30 pm.
According to available information, Mr. Denton was stopped at the intersection on his bike when a car traveling east on Highway 27 failed to stop and struck him.
Mr. Denton was 74 years old and from Coats, North Carolina.
There are reports that this intersection is scheduled for installation of a new traffic signal by the spring or summer of next year. This intersection is known to have a history of serious crashes and is currently controlled by only a two-way stop sign.

GREENSBORO, NC (March 24, 2020) – A gentleman named Kevin Watson riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle was tragically killed in Greensboro, North Carolina on Friday afternoon in a collision on Penry Road.
The collision happened around 3:30 pm when a woman ran a red light at the intersection of Penry Road and East Wendover Avenue and hit Mr. Watson. Mr. Watson was declared deceased at the accident scene.
The woman driver has been charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle and entering an intersection against a steady red light.
Mr. Watson was 63 years old and from Greensboro.

FAYETTEVILLE, NC (February 25, 2020)
A young woman named Mary Moon was tragically killed on Sunday in a motorcycle crash in Fayetteville, North Carolina on Sunday afternoon.
The crash happened on Bunce Road at around 5:30 pm. According to available information, Ms. Moon was riding as a passenger on a motorcycle driven by Joseph Del Hierro. The motorcycle collided on Bunce Road with an SUV traveling in the opposite direction.
Tragically, Mr. Del Hierro also died in the collision. Mr. Del Hierro was a paratrooper assigned with the 82nd Airborne. Both MS. Moon and Mr. Del Hierro were 26 years old. The driver of the SUV was also injured.
The crash is currently under investigation and it this time we do not have additional information as to what caused the collision.

A very serious motorcycle wreck on the Cary Parkway in Cary, North Carolina on Wednesday evening has resulted in significant injuries to the motorcyclist. The wreck happened around 6:00 pm on the Northwest Cary Parkway near the intersections of Norwell Boulevard and the intersection with Silverberry Court.
There is not currently any indication as to the cause of this serious motorcycle wreck and Cary Police department personnel are investigating this crash. If we learn more information, we will update this post.

A gentleman named Lavar Penn was tragically killed on November 9, 2019 when his motorcycle crashed on Interstate 77 north of Charlotte, North Carolina.
The wreck happened near Exit 23 on Interstate 77 north near Huntersville, North Carolina after Mr. Penn lost control of his motorcycle in an area that is reported to have significant uneven pavement due to on-going construction.
Mr. Penn was apparently on his way to dinner with his family when the wreck happened and he leaves behind several children.
