Motorcyclist Richard Wolk Killed in Accident Near Oakboro, North Carolina
A gentleman named Richard Wolk was tragically killed on Tuesday morning in an accident near Oakboro, North Carolina. The accident apparently happened when a woman driving a 2012 Hyundai turned into the path of Mr. Wolk as he drove his motorcycle along N.C. Highway 205. The accident happened at around 8:25 a.m.
It is not clear why the woman did not see Mr. Wolk as she turned across his path. She was apparently turning into the Bright Beginnings Day Care. She was charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle. Mr. Wolk was 39 years old.
