Asheville NC Motorcycle Rider Killed When Driver Turns Into His Path
A tragic motorcycle accident in Asheville, North Carolina has claimed the life of the motorcyclist.
The accident happened when a man driving a 2004 Toyota made a left turn toward the ramp for I-240. The driver of the Toyota failed to yield to the motorcyclist and crossed into his path. Unfortunately, the motorcyclist was killed at the scene. The driver of the Toyota was charged with driving while impaired which may result in a felony death by motor vehicle charge.
