A serious and tragic motorcycle accident in Asheboro, North Carolina has resulted in the death of biker Justin Brown and serious injuries to his wife Teresa Brown.

The accident happened on North Carolina Highway 42 on Saturday afternoon when a pickup truck pulled into the path of the motorcyclists.  The driver of the pickup claimed he did not see the motorcycle coming.  He was charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle and a failure to yield.  The North Carolina State Highway Patrol investigated the accident.
