A serious accident on Saturday evening has resulted in serious accidents to a Durham NC motorcyclist.

According to reports, a car traveling near the intersection of Holloway Street and Beasley Avenue struck another car in the rear.  That forced the car that was hit in the rear across the center line and directly into the path of a motorcyclist.  The person on the motorcycle was seriously injured with multiple broken bones.  The police are apparently investigating the accident to determine who may be at fault. Although, it would appear that the drive of the first car certainly should be charged under these circumstances.
