It is not clear what caused this serious Raleigh scooter accident. However, accidents involving scooters at night can be tricky and securing evidence from the accident scene can make the difference in determining who was at fault in this type of wreck. In cases such as this, our law firm will typically send an accident engineer to the wreck scene to take detailed measurements of the physical evidence and photograph all markings on the roadway. Using well-tested engineering principals, we can often determine how the accident occurred and who was at fault.
