A woman named Pamela Roop was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash on Sunday evening in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina.  The accident happened on South Croatan Highway when the motorcycle Mr. Roop was riding on as a passenger lost control while stopping at a stop light.  Both the driver of the motorcycle and Ms. Ropp were seriously injured.  Ms. Roop’s injuries were serious enough to require transport to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia for treatment.  The driver of the motorcycle has been cited for careless and reckless driving and driving with a revoked license.
