Durham NC Moped Driver Killed in Crash
A moped driver in Durham NC was tragically killed on Monday morning in a crash at the intersection of North Guthrie Avenue and Juniper Street.
The wreck happened around 7:45 am when a black sedan ran the stop sign at the intersection. The sedan hit the moped rider who was killed at the scene of the crash.
The driver of the sedan apparently stayed at the scene and was charged with a stop sign violation and misdemeanor death by motor vehicle.
