Beauford Lindsay Seriously Injured in Icard, NC Motorcycle Crash
A motorcyclist named Beauford Lindsay was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident on Tuesday morning in the small Burke County, North Carolina community of Icard.
The crash apparently happened as Mr. Lindsay was traveling down Icard Rhodhiss Road at around 11:00 am. At that time, a woman pulled out in front of Mr. Lindsay causing the crash.
Mr. Lindsay was transported by EMS to a local hospital for treatment.
A news article notes that Mr. Lindsay had an expired license at the time of the crash. However, this fact should not prevent him from recovering for his injuries since the expired license was not the cause of the wreck. The other driver was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
