Motorcycle Wreck on Blue Ridge Parkway in NC Causes One Death
A motorcyclist was killed on Sunday in a wreck on the Blue Ridge Parkway north of Asheville, North Carolina. The wreck happened near the Ox Creek Road and Town Mountain Road at around 3:30 pm. Apparently a blue Subaru turned in front of the motorcyclist, hitting it, and causing the motorcycle to strike a second bike.
At this point, there is no indication of any charges against the driver of the Subaru. Based on the limited information available, it would seem likely that the driver of the Subaru would be charged with a failure to yield and a misdemeanor death by motor vehicle.
