Cary NC Motorcyclist Injured After Car Runs Red Light
On Sunday afternoon, a motorcyclist in Cary N.C. was seriously injured after a car ran a red light.
The accident happened at the intersection of Weston Parkway and Harrison Avenue. According to reports, the car ran the redlight and hit the motorcyclist as it turned onto Harrison Avenue. The motorcyclist was taken to Wake Med in Raleigh for treatment. WakeMed provides level 1 trauma care for injury victims in the Raleigh area.

It is unsure form the information available whether the driver of the car was distracted at the time of the accident or whether there is some other explanation for the driver running the redlight. Hopefully, the Cary Police Department will be able to provide a thorough report for the victim of this serious accident.
