A terrible accident involving a moped and a tractor-trailer has claimed the life of moped rider Toby Kistler.

The accident happened on Thursday on N.C. Highway 152 West near Mr. Kistler’s home in Mooresville, North Carolina.  According to reports, a tractor-trailer was passing Mr. Kistler as Mr. Kistler was attempting to make a left turn.  As a result, Mr. Kistler was struck by the passing trailer.
