A motorcyclist has been seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in north Mecklenburg County near the city limits of Huntersville, NC.  It is not clear what caused the accident but it involved a commercial van.  The motorcyclist was transported to Carolinas Medical Center with life threatening injuries.
