Woman Arrested After Hitting Fayetteville Motorcyclist And Fleeing Scene
On Wednesday night in Fayetteville, North Carolina, a motorcyclist was injured after a woman pulled into the path of the motorcyclist on Hope Mills Road.
The motorcyclist, Justin Black, was thrown over the handlebars due to the impact. Mr. Black was treated for injuries at Cape Fear Valley Hospital.
The other driver, Tara Bruggeman, fled the scene of the wreck but was later caught by police. She has been charged with several crimes including hit-and-run and driving with no operator’s license.

This wreck is another terrifying example of a automobile driver not seeing a motorcyclist on the road. Fortunately, it sounds like the motorcyclist will recover form his serious injuries. However, he certainly is entitled to fair compensation for injuries suffered in the crash. Hopefully, the driver of the SUV will have insurance for this wreck.
